I wouldn't even listen to the other negative reviews here. This product was a direct fit. Switch fits perfectly and looks completely OEM, beats the kits that you have to buy the new stalk for. If you're car is NOT pre-wired from the factory than you must run the wiring yourself. Do not buy if you do not know how to install properly or have someone to install for you. It's not a 5 minute task to magically have fog lights. There was an odd plug attached to the wiring which couldn't be plugged in anywhere so we cut the plug and wired in elsewhere. Was thrilled, I did have to adjust the height via the adjuster. Just pulled up to a wall at work and took me 2 minutes to get it all straightened out. As a side note it was on an 08 Altima 2.5S no factory wiring.
