As long as you protect it from water (mine is in a pannier, in a bag) this $25 beauty is great! It's hard to find good, effective shutoff switches for 48 volt E-bikes, but for those using 30 amps or less this really works. It has also held up to about 50 cycles so far, unlike the barrel-type switch I tried first.Have worked great so far using them for remote operation of my night time boat aux navigation lights. Only complaint I guess would be that it needs better mounting capability. There is only one plastic screw hole at the top of it so it kinda flops around where its mounted. I will likely put some double sided tape on it to hold it in place.The product was easy to install and works great!very nice, easy to mount, use on RV pump < 10a.Very impressed with this unit. Works at a good distance. Simple install, and I really like that it has a manual switch right on the unit.I've rewired my daughter's 12v Power Wheels to a 20v and it moves a bit quick. I needed the ability to kill power remotely and this did the trick. Range is decent too. My only wish it had a beeping sound for confirmation.It dosent work after it was rained on
