ordering online is a gamble in most cases so I didn't keep my expectations very high but I was SO AMAZED when this warmer came in!It's the prettiest shade of brown the color of good whiskey I would say and the dish where u put ur oil is not just clear but ombre brown too! It's got a dimmer to regulate the brightness and the bulb which comes with it isn't just ur old regular bulb but a fancy kind which is supposed to last foreverIt's been packaged with a lots of care to prevent any damage and on the top of it the seller - Sweet Scents n more - even threw in a free fragrance oil so I can try my new oil warmer right awayAll in all I'm DELIGHTED!
